Dear Grandma

Dear Grandma,
It doesn’t feel like it’s been a year already since you’ve been gone. I feel like it was just yesterday I had a conversation with you and was holding your hand. It’s not the same without you. There’s so many things I wish I can run up to your house and tell you but I can’t. Yet, I know you are still with me for everything that’s been going on. You’d be so proud. You are proud. Every time I look at Madison I see you. She screams like you too. I bet you find that hilarious. We all do. I miss your random outbursts, your foul Italian mouth, your back tickles, that amazing spaghetti, the French toast you make me covered in powdered sugar; you always gave me 5 when I asked for two. I miss being lazy with you watching the price is right every morning. I miss when you laugh so hard you can’t breathe so you laugh even more. I miss you. I wish I can hug and squeeze you one more time. You’d hate the weather today, but it reminds me of you. I know you have your thunder buddy with you and you are happy now. Tell Papa I said I miss him too. I miss you. I love you, always.❤️
