Butterfly Beach just may be my new favorite spot for anniversary and engagement sessions in Santa Barbara right now. This little spot we found was so easy to get to. The beach was quiet and the light was amazing. I probably could have spent hours here but we only had about an hour before the sun was completely gone.

I’ve photographed Michelle and Alex multiple times before and this has to be one of my favorite sessions of theirs. Vacationing all the way from Las Vegas they had be come out so they can document their anniversary and I am so thankful they did. They brought the elegance to the beach. I love the way Michelle’s mauve dress complimented the sunset and it was a perfect choice for a September day.
